No. Once your card is programmed and you do not want to make any changes; then you do not need a subscription. However, each time we re-program your card you will be charged a nominal fee. You can cancel the subscription from your account anytime.
Once the order has been placed the card begins processing and refunds are not able to be issued. We’re sorry for any inconvenience. But our technology moves fast! However, we offer replacement cards each year with a pro or pro plus plan.
